sick

I'm sick. I hate falling sick.

Throat is itching like hell and i'm having a runny nose. Coughing too. :( Slept at 9 last night, without eating much dinner.

When i was little...

I remember asking mum to take that horrible tasting medicine on my behalf, even though i was the one who was sick. I remember dad/grandma/mum chasing me around the house and forcing me to take my medicine. I remember dad teaching me how to swallow medicine tablets (after crying and pleading and threatening to throw up all over the floor). I remember crying everytime i feel unwell. I remember wanting people around me to care for me and comfort me when i'm sick.

Today, i felt like a child all over again and today, you had to fly off to Jakarta.

I wish you didn't have to go away today.

shall we dance?

Caught "mad hot ballroom" with cc just now. It's more of a documentary, than a movie in itself. But it's nice watching pple dance. Makes me wanna dance too. The kids look super cute and funny in some scenes.

I wanna go sign up for salsa classes. Or swing. Just for fun. Anybody wanna join me?

I'm appointed leader for mini-project. Great... More stuff for me to do. :(

Had dinner and coffee with couzin just now. *yippee* i need a break from stress and work. :)

Didn't get lost on our way to holland v for the first time. Haha. Met couzin's new friend, a greyish "thing" with no name yet.

I'm going off to bed soon. Not in a mood to mug tonight.

Alternatively, feel free to go on Google and learn about the San Jose area, and anyplace close-by, I'll be happy to drive you there (eg, Intel Museum, Santa Clara Mission, etc).Note that on 4th July, there'll be fireworks everywhere, we can walk to a nearby park for picnic and fireworks.

Sounds quite packed, eh? Geez. I'm really looking forward to the hols.

US trip

My US trip has been confirmed. I'll be flying on SQ from singapore to san francisco on 8 Jun and will be back on 8th Jul. That's something for me to really look forward to.

Had a good run just now with dad. He asked me to go for runs in US. Shall bring my asics there, then. It's a pity dad won't be going along on the trip with us. I'll most prob have to run alone there.

4 days till i can see darling #1 again. I hope the geog proj gets settled really soon. I keep procrastinating. Blah.

Fell asleep at 10 and woke up at 5 this morning to get some work done.
Geog project meeting later in sch, so i'll be heading to sch earlier.

Yesterday's test was pretty ok. A+ for that sucky module? Ha. We'll see how that mini-project goes.

22 Immediately Jesus made the disciples get into the boat and go on ahead of him to the other side, while he dismissed the crowd. 23 After he had dismissed them, he went up on a mountainside by himself to pray. I went back to school to study today. On a sat! Sch wasn't as deserted as i thought it would be.

I'm worried abt 04 project and geog proj. Worried abt monday's test. Worry abt this, worry abt that. *sigh* I'm such a worrier.

Had dinner with my sis in town. Nobody else was free to eat dinner with me. :( Zen had to go back to camp early, cindy's going to her aunt's place, eve's studying at home. Saw baobao on the bus today as i left sch. She's feeling kinda stressed too.

Met up with darling #1 today before he flies off on a holiday on sat. Then i won't see him till next sat/sun? Boohoo.
