i love my new toothbrush!

I bought a new toothbrush.

It's an Oral-B electric toothbrush.

All I have to do, is open my mouth, put the toothbrush into my mouth and guide it over my teeth.

I love my new toothbrush! It's meant for lazy pple like me. =D

orangey-brown salty toothpaste

I survived the dentist trip! and... I'm diagnosed with the initial stages of gum disease. Eeks.

The dentist scraped, dug, drilled at my teeth and ta-da! I now have clean teeth! =D The bleeding and swelling of my gums should be gone in one or two days' time.

The dentist said that I have pretty good teeth for someone who hasn't seen a dentist in such a loooooong time.

Oh, I bought a toothpaste from the dental clinic for my diseased gums. It's orangey-brown in colour and tastes salty. I'm glad that it's orangey-brown in colour... That way, I can't tell if the toothpaste I spat out is bloody or that it's the natural colour of the toothpaste. Oh well... No more brushing-teeth-phobia.

my gums have been bleeding recently when i brush my teeth and my teeth on the lower jaw feels like they're gonna fall out (even though they're not wobbly... i tried to shake them...)

Made a dental appointment at 4.30pm this afternoon. Haven't seen a dentist since I was in primary 6. Gah.

So, I'm right.

I woke up this morning and thought I was paralysed on the right side of my body.

Thinking of going running tonight with daddy. But then, will I have to roll out of bed tomorrow?

squash and badminton

Went to play squash and badminton today with evelyn and jonathon--- the first time i've excercised in a long while. I've a feeling I'm gonna ache tmr. :S

Had fish&chips at amk S-11. The price of the fish&chips there have gone up by $0.50, i realised. I noticed that I don't usually eat western food in hawker centres and food courts, except for this S-11 outlet.

Headed to ntuc to buy cereal and condensed milk before heading for home.

I'm looking forward to tuesday! Mind's or settler's cafe with the girls and darling. =D
